NOWALL Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, applicable guidelines and other standards relating to the protection of personal information, and all other relevant laws and regulations in handling personal information it acquires.
2. Security Measures of Personal Information
The Company implements appropriate organizational, physical, personnel-related, and technical measures to protect personal information. The Company also takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information it handles and to otherwise ensure the secure management of such information.
3. Requirements for the Acquisition and Other Handling of Personal Information
The Company observes the following principles in acquiring, using, and providing personal information.
(1) Acquisition of Personal Information
The Company may acquire personal information directly from general users of the corporate website operated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and persons placing advertisements on the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Advertisers”), to the extent necessary for operating the Site.
(2) Purposes of Use of Personal Information
The Company does not use acquired personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes, except as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations or with the consent of the individual concerned.

In principle, the Company does not change the purposes of use specified in Section 3(2) without the prior consent of the individual concerned. However, this restriction does not apply if the Company announces the revised purposes of use in advance and the changes fall within a scope reasonably considered to be substantially related to the original purposes of use.
